Rent management, in one app
From rent bills to payment checks, late-rent reminders and vacancy listings. Landlords, tenants and real-estate agents share one app, which can be installed on a phone's home screen. Currently available in Korean for the Korean market.
It does the landlord's routine work
Payment matching
Upload a bank statement and Onchae works out who paid rent for which room. If a payer's name differs, set it once and it is matched automatically from then on.
Late rent
Tenants are reminded the day after the due date, at 7 days and at 30 days. Rooms two or more months behind are flagged, and notices can be issued right away.
Vacancies
Once a move-out date is set, the listing is prepared and shared with the landlord's regular agents. When an agent sends contract details, one approval creates the new lease.
Leases
Upload a standard lease PDF and the tenant, deposit, rent, term and special terms are filled in. Rental reporting and renewal-notice deadlines are tracked for every lease.
For tenants
This month's amount and payment account, Wi-Fi password, repair requests with progress, messages to the landlord, and a rent payment history for tax returns.
