SYU Co., Ltd. ("we") protects personal information under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights.
1. What we collect and why

2. How long we keep it
Inquiry information is kept for three years after the inquiry is closed. Application information is kept for one year after the hiring process ends. Automatically collected access records are kept for one year from collection. Where another law sets a retention period, we follow it.
3. Sharing and processors
We do not share personal information with third parties without consent. Website hosting is provided by Amazon Web Services. We will update this policy if our processors change.
4. Deletion
When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, we delete personal information without delay, using methods that prevent recovery.
5. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information at any time by emailing the contact below.
6. Security
Access is limited to administrators, data in transit is encrypted, and access logs are kept. We are ISO 27001 certified.

8. Changes
This policy takes effect on October 12, 2026. We will post changes on this site at least seven days before they take effect. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
