I spent my career building ERP and MES systems at more than 90 sites, including Hyundai Heavy Industries' engine division, Douzone's extended ERP and KAI's T-50 supply chain. What I saw most often was not a system failing but people getting stuck. There were too many fields to fill and only one or two people who knew the codes, so orders went back and forth by chat and phone, and someone always had to retype them into the system.
SYU was founded in 2023 to solve that. Field staff send orders by chat as they always have, and those messages become system data. We keep your systems as they are and remove only the part where people retype.
Purchasing rules and approvals stay exactly as they are, and we report results in numbers. We start on our customers' floors and prove ourselves in our customers' figures.
